Below are the conditioning schedules for season 2.  Make sure to wear a mask and bring your own water.  Spectators are not allowed to stay for practice.  You must be cleared with a physical, VUSD Covid Waiver, and Family ID for the 2020-2021 season.  The forms and FamilyID instructions can be found below.

Starting the week of February 1st

Cross Country—-Monday thru Friday 3:45-5:15pm

Swim—Monday thru Thursday   3:30-8:00pm

Boys Tennis—Tuesday/Thursday 3:30-5:30pm    Wednesday  4:30-5:30pm

Girls Tennis—Monday/Wednesday 3:30-5:30pm  Wednesday 3:30-4:30

Cheer—Tuesday/Thursday 6:00-7:00pm

Track—Monday/Wednesday/Friday   4:00-5:30pm

Baseball—Monday/Wednesday/Friday   3:30-5:30pm  (first practice will begin on Wednesday, February 3rd)

Softball—Monday/Tuesday/Wednesday   4:00-5:30pm

Boys Soccer—Monday/Tuesday/Thursday  3:30-5:30pm @ field on corner of Houston and McAuliff

Girls Soccer—Monday/Tuesday/Thursday  5:00-6:30pm @ field on corner of Houston and McAuliff


Starting the week of February 9th

Golf—Monday thru Thursday  3:30-5:30pm @ Visalia Country Club


Starting the week of February 22nd

Basketball—Monday/Wednesday/Friday    3:30-5:30pm  @ Valley Oak Middle School black top

Wrestling—Tuesday/Thursday    3:30-5:30pm @ Stadium
