GWHS Girls Named to All-Tulare County Tennis Team

Junior Erika Hendrick was selected First Team All-Tulare County. She was the Trailblazers’ No. 1 player and racked up an impressive 16-7 singles record and went 12-5 in her doubles matches. Golden West Girls Tennis starts their quest for a Valley Championship as they begin the first round of Team Tennis playoffs vs Tehachapi High School on Thursday, October 24. The Trailblazers will be on thier home courts as they host the Titans.  Game time is 3:00pm.

GW JV Tennis takes 2nd in the Redwood Tournament

The Golden West Girls JV Tennis team had to go to a tie-breaker to get into the finals vs Redwood last weekend.  JV won the tie-breaker with San Joaquin Memorial to advance against the Rangers, but Redwood was abel to defend their title by beating GW 3-1 in the Finals of the Redwood Invitational.
