GWHS Boys & Girls Water Polo Sweeps Hanford West

All four water polo teams traveled to Hanford this past Tuesday and had clean sweep against the Huskies. Both boys teams and the JV girls are now 3-0 in league, while the varsity girls are 2-1. Girls Water Polo Goes 3-1 at Clovis Tourney

This past Friday & Saturday, the lady Trailblazer water polo team traveled to Clovis to compete in the Clovis Invitational Water Polo Tournament. The girls went 3-1, dropping their first game to Buchanan 2-5, but bouncing back to defeat Bullard 14-3, San Joaquin Memorial 6-2 and Porterville 12-4. The Trailblazer girls pounded the Panthers, while the boys fell one short in overtime. Seniors Spencer Johnson & Mary Akin Selected “Blazer of the Year”
